Description: Welcome to our Madrid Puerta del Sol accommodation. These apartments are all located within our own refurbished building. With an apartment in this building you will be situated in one of the most exciting locations in Madrid. You can see down calle Atocha into Plaza Mayor, just 2 minutes walk away, or continue the other direction and you are 3 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol or Plaza Santa Ana.This old town area of Madrid is alive with markets, cafes, restaurants, nightlife and traditional culture. You have walking access to the Teatro Real, Palacio Real, Teatro Español and even the famous Prado Museum is short walk through Cortes from the apartments.Our modern and fully self-contained family apartments have large queensize beds or twin rooms and spacious living areas and lots of natural light. Within this building our apartments comfortably sleep from two to six people in each, with potential for extras on request. If you have small children please beware that some apartments have loft bedrooms and ladders.Relax in designer decoration with all the modern facilities including fully equipped kitchens and newly renovated bathrooms.These apartments are family orientated and no alcohol, hen or stag parties, groups larger than 6 nor any noise after 22:30pm are allowed in these apartments.PLEASE NOTE: There is a final cleaning fee of 50 payable in cash at the check-in, in addition to the rental balance confirmed. There is also a refundable security deposit of 150eur and arrivals after 22:00 will have a 15eur extra late check in fee.

Return transfers are also available.From MAD (airport) by taxi:Taxis from the airport to Madrid city centre take around 30-40 mins depending on traffic, and cost 25-30 EUR, including an extra fee for each large item of luggage. Tell the driver the address: Calle Atocha 14, and he can drop you at the door.From MAD (airport) with Metro:From the Madrid airport (Barajes) you can take the metro lines, first line 8, then line 4, then line 2, into the city to get to the metro stop Sol. From there, exit the station and walk up calle carretas, cross the square and the building is on calle Atocha which runs along the top of the square. Go to number 14.From the Madrid central train station:From this train station you can take the metro (from Atocha Renfe) just 4 stops to the Sol metro station. From there, exit the station and walk up calle carretas, cross the square and the building is on calle Atocha which runs along the top of the square. Go to number 14.
